A dedicated mother of 7, wife, and entrepreneur, Holly is the creative visionary behind Holly Heider Chapple Flowers. A longtime resident of Loudoun County Virginia, Holly is a highly recognized and sought-after floral designer whose work has been published in countless prestigious publications and top industry blogs. With over 25 years of successful business experience behind her, Holly now serves as a teacher, speaker, and mentor for other professionals in the wedding industry.
Armed with a strong desire to help other floral designers and event professionals be successful, Holly established the Chapel Designers (a division of Holly Heider Chapple Flowers) in 2010. This international network of florists and event designers gather each year in key cities across the world including, New York City, California. Australia and London, the designers gather to collaborate, learn, and create.
What started as a desire to network with other like-minded business owners has blossomed into an incredible group of professionals comprised of longtime designers, up-and-coming designers, and people just starting their design journey. The Chapel Designers is growing every day and is proud to have members from all over the world. Having raised 7 children, and recognizing her most important life role as a mother, Holly appreciates also being known as the “Flower Mamma” throughout the world of floristry.
Evan Chapple
For thirty years Evan has worked in many aspects of the construction industry including careers in both telecommunications and the electrical and construction fields. His early professional life includes ten years of industrial, commercial and residential construction. During his school years he spent summer vacations building homes. Later, he moved to the electrical field and worked up to the status of journeyman electrician before transitioning to telecom. From 1991 to 2011 Evan worked as a telecommunication engineer where he honed his expertise in design, implementation, logistics, public speaking, team leadership, multi-vendor coordination, documentation and research and analysis.
You will often see Evan at conferences, workshops, or 1-1 intensives providing anything from guidance, an incredible meal, and more than a few dad-jokes. His expertise in event structures, building (literally anything!), farming, and teaching are unparalleled and will leave you inspired and ready to further your business!
Jess Patterson
Chapel Designers Liaison & Web Designer
Jess is the former Lead Designer & Director of Web Services for Holly Chapple Flowers, but has now jumped into helping lead the Chapel Designers into its next phase in the industry! As a designer, Jess is known for her very organic and loose design style that highlights the sexy stems in their very best way, enabling her to guide Chapel Designers starting their businesses into finding their personal design style! Jess is the go-to girl for all Chapel Designer questions- anything from billing, attending workshops, and how to become a Chapel Designer!

Sydney is the HCF Master Organizer, anti-gardener, and model for our last-minute photoshoots. Sydney is the Queen of logistics, checklists, and schedules. Sydney is passionate about our client's and student's interactions with the studio and thrives on making every event, conference, or workshop an incredible experience, ensuring that everyone feels seen and taken care of. She is a lover of travel, puppies, and chick-flicks, all of which must be accompanied by wine and some form of junk food (especially the Golden Arches and Chipotle).
